Learn about Using a Phone Mining App? Here’s How to Actually Get Your Crypto Out. Practical guide with tips and FAQ.
You’ve downloaded a mobile “mining” app, watched a few ads, and checked your dashboard. The numbers are going up. You’re accumulating Satoshis, and it feels like free money.
But now comes the critical question: How do you actually get that crypto into your own wallet?
In This Guide
Step-by-Step Guide
Download the Official App
Go to the official app store (Google Play for Android, Apple App Store for iOS).
Crucial: Search for “Trust Wallet.” Make sure the developer is “Trust Wallet.” Scammers create fake apps with similar names. The official app has millions of downloads.
Create a New Wallet
Open the app and select “Create a New Wallet.”
You will be presented with a 12-word recovery phrase (seed phrase).
Write it down on paper and store it in a safe place. This phrase is your wallet. If you lose your phone, this phrase is the only way to recover your funds.
Add the Correct Token
By default, your wallet shows a few main networks (like Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain).
You need to add the specific token your mining app pays out with.
For Bitcoin (BTC): Tap “Manage” or the settings icon, search for Bitcoin, and toggle it on.
